the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even helping to store our luggage while we explored the town. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rustic charm. the food at the Stilt House was absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes and bahn cuon for breakfast. the complimentary activities, like sundown drinks and bonfires, added to the enchanting experience. the staff, though some had limited English, made a genuine effort to provide excellent service. the ecolodge's commitment to giving back to the local community was commendable. And, let's not forget, even the insects here were surprisingly less bothersome. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

The restaurant had great food options for vegetarians and vegans, and the breakfast spread was splendid. We also appreciated the bamboo water bottle provided upon arrival. a fabulous and environmentally conscious experience!

The food in the restaurant was delicious and we loved the little touches like the welcome gift and water bottles. We missed the free transfer offered by the hotel. It would have been nice if we were informed about it beforehand.

As a businessman attending an assembly, I chose this hotel because it provides staff teams the opportunity to contribute ideas in weekly management meetings. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and attentive. a positive experience.
The only drawback was the lack of a business center or meeting room where I could work and have meetings. It would have been beneficial to have a dedicated space for business purposes.
